Eligibility requires a full, independent license to practice in good standing. This includes:
Medical Doctors: MD, DO
Doctoral-Level Clinical Psychologists: PhD, PsyD
Master’s-Level Professionals: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC.
PAs and NPs can join under MD/DO supervision only.

For Psychiatrists: PAs and NPs may complete visits under your supervision if you wish.
For Therapists and Psychologists: in many cases yes, however, some states and certain payer plans have restrictions on this. Additionally, they must be post-graduate licensed associates at minimum. Inquire to see if you qualify.

No. You are not required to complete any minimum number of sessions. You can go at your own pace and see as many or as few patients as you wish.
